Residents who are under Marryland Injection Substation will continue to experiencing black out which started on November 3rd till 10th of the same month.

In an information pasted on LinkedIn account of Ikeja Distribution Company, IKEDC, electricity consumers in areas under the substation need to exercise patience until maintenance work ongoing at the substation is concluded.

However, the management has apologised to the consumers for “any inconvenience this might cause as the essence of the maintenance project is to serve you better.”

Over the years, Nigerians have been battling with epileptic power supply which has affected both domestic and commercial activities. Not quite long, Nigerians were faced with ‘crazy bill’ which many are still battling to solve till date.

As it is, residents are condemned to suffer untold hardship until the power is restored to the areas under Marryland Injection Substations.

It will be recalled that Babaatinde Fashola, Minister of Power, Works and Housing said that there has been improvement in the nation’s electricity, a position which analysts have debunked and described as a figment of his imagination.
