Super Eagles trash Hawks of Togo 3 - 0, as Musa bags brace

Super Eagles of Nigeria on Thursday evening trashed Hawks of Togo, their West African neighbours 3-0 in an international friendly in Stade Municipal de Saint Leu La Foret, Paris, France.

Three goals in 27 first-half minutes set Gernot Rohr’s men on their way to a comfortable victory over the Hawks.

Ahmed Musa struck twice as Nigeria cruised past Togo in a match that was dominated by Nigerians.

The Leicester City was unimposing in the Super Eagles 1-1 draw with Corcisa, but more than made up for lost time in Thursday’s game with a double in 15 minutes.

The friendly was a warm up match in preparation for Eagles’ encounter with Bafana Bafana on June 10 for the 2018 Nations Cup qualifiers.
